I also think, "Q:" and "A:" should be somehow separated with colors.
Like, Q is red, A is blue.
First, I agree that the arrows next to links are lame.
Second, the "Live Support" chat links shouldn't have the input field for a name. Links shouldn't send POST requests, that's just wrong. Even if they did, the logged in user's name could be used instead of making them type it again. In the event that such action is impossible, the user should be asked for their name after they click the link.
Third, the answer to question #4 is incorrect.
